PROCESO EDITORIAL:
Una vez recibido el art´ículo:
Fase A: Recepción del artículo. Duración prevista: 1 mes desde la entrada del env´ío.
- Se comprobará por la Secretaría Técnica que el envío cumple con los requisitos mínimos (Formato artículo, Documento cesión de derechos, Documentod e identificación de los autores)
- Se comprobará por la Secretaría Técnica que se han incorporado todos los metadatos.
El envío que no cumpla estos requisitos será rechazado
Fase B: Evalución por pares. Duración prevista 2 meses.
- Asignación del artículo a evaluadores. Dispondrán de un mes para emitir el informe.
- En un primer momento se asignará a dos evaluadores. En caso de discrepancia el equipo editorial podrá designar a un tercer evaluador
- Respuestas a los autores:
1. ACEPTADO
2. ACEPTADO CON PROPUESTA DE MODIFICACIONES (EL AUTOR DISPONDRÁ DE 30 DÍAS PARA REALIZAR LAS MODIFICACIONES)
3. RECHAZADO
En el caso 2, se establecerá un nuevo tiempo de evaluación, enviando el artículo modificado de nuevo a los revisores inciales. Que podrán realizar las oportunas propuestas, abriendose un nuevo periodo de 30 días.
Si tras una segunda revisión persisten esas deficiencias encontradas, el artículo será rechazado.
Fase C: Propuesta de publicación.
- Una vez superado el proceso de evaluación, el Comit´é Editorial en reunión plenaria propondrá la asignación del artículo para un futuro n´úmero, que como máximo supondrá un tiempo máximo de 12 meses desde la recepción del artículo y en su caso, al número siguiente al cumplir ese plazo.
EDITORIAL PROCESS:
Once the article is received:
Phase A: Article Reception. Expected duration: 1 month from the date of submission.
- The Technical Secretariat will verify that the submission meets the minimum requirements (Article format, Copyright transfer agreement, Author identification documents).
- The Technical Secretariat will verify that all metadata has been included.
Submissions that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Phase B: Peer Review. Expected duration: 2 months.
- The article will be assigned to reviewers. They will have one month to submit their report.
- Initially, two reviewers will be assigned. In case of disagreement, the editorial team may appoint a third reviewer.
- Responses to the authors:
1. ACCEPTED
2. ACCEPTED WITH PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS (THE AUTHOR WILL HAVE 30 DAYS TO MAKE THE MODIFICATIONS)
3. REJECTED
In case 2, a new evaluation period will be established, sending the modified article back to the initial reviewers. They may make the appropriate proposals, opening a new 30-day period.
If, after a second review, the deficiencies found persist, the article will be rejected.
Phase C: Publication Proposal
- Once the evaluation process is complete, the Editorial Committee, in a plenary meeting, will propose the assignment of the article to a future issue, which will take a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt of the article and, if applicable, to the issue following that period.
